Quest Watergardens

The hotel was in a great location for what I had to do and the staff were lovely.

The location was great. Was not too far from the places we needed to get to. Staff were amazing. One of the best we have experienced. Just that made us decide that we would book here again. The apartment was clean and spacious. Only downside was the dish liquid is not enough and there was no dish washer tablets but we made do and were still exremely satisfied just because the service was top knotch.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both living room & bedroom. The room as equipped with an oven, microwave & fridge. The hotel is right across the road from Watergardens shopping center where there are lots of restaurants to choose from.

a nice welcome and very personable check in experience by front desk lady. appreciated the coffee voucher arriving after 2 long flights to Melbourne.

Second time staying within a matter of weeks. We loved it after our first stay and instantly decided it was where we were staying for our following trip. Great location, great staff, rooms are comfy and had everything we needed. Our second stay was in a studio apartment whereas when we stayed with the little one we had a two bedroom apartment and both stays were fantastic. Will be our go to for accommodation when visiting family in this area.
